We are sure you will recognise the lovely Heather if you have shopped at Drakes over the last few years. We thought it would be a great idea to ask her a few questions, so you can get to know her a little better.
How long have you worked at Drakes?
‘I’ve been here for 4 years now.’
What did you do before?
‘I used to study photography at college and I also worked in Menkind.’
What made you apply for the job at Drakes?
‘I like the fact that Drakes are an independent family run business. It was also a bit different to what I had done before and who wouldn’t want to work with jewellery?!’
What do you like about working here?
‘I like that every day is different. I also like being part of someone’s occasion, especially engagements. It’s always nice when customers come back into store and tell me how their proposal went. I also feel as though I have made friends with lots of our customers which is great. I love all my colleagues here too.’
Do you have a favourite brand in store at the moment?
‘I love the Drakes Desire collection, they are amazing quality diamonds for such great prices!’
What are your current 3 favourite products in store?
‘This Desire 3 stone ring is a favourite of mine, I’m hoping it’ll be my next purchase! It sits so nicely with my diamond wishbone ring.’
